Section 1: Scope and Provider

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Bible Art Lab, Owner: Boaz Eapen.

(2) The offering is intended exclusively for consumers. Products sold in the Bible Art Lab online shop are available for delivery within Germany only.

Section 2: Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

(2) By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" (Kostenpflichtig bestellen), you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Section 3: Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) All prices stated include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).

(2) Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Details on shipping fees are provided within the product offerings.

Section 4: Delivery Terms

(1) Delivery is available within Germany.

(2) Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery time is 7–9 working days.

Section 5: Warranty and Statutory Rights

Statutory warranty rights apply (Sections 437 ff. BGB).

Section 6: Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
