3. Delivery Times & Tracking

• Standard Shipping: 7–9 working days (Monday–Friday, delivered via DHL, DPD, or UPS).
• Tracking: You will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the production facility.

4. Transport Damage

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item, and contact us immediately at bibleartlab@gmail.com  so we can arrange a free replacement.
